Kate Moss has designed a limited edition t-shirt featuring a hand drawn image for the Kate Moss Topshop High Summer Collection at Topshop. The new t-shirt was designed for the Starlight Children's Foundation's 21st birthday.
100% of the profits from this limited edition T goes to the Starlight Children's Foundation to grant wishes for sick children.
