Britney Starts Her Tour With A Bang

Britney Spears started her tour in New Orleans and according to fans, did not disappoint. The mediated starlet had some incredible costumes by Canadian design duo, Dsquared2. Most of the beginning of the concert Brit stayed in a cage dressed as a lion tamer with a cheetah on her head! Wow! Check out the pictures here!

Britney's Costumes Revealed

Britney Spears is preparing for her new tour, Circus, which starts in New Orleans and she is going to look fabulous. The pop star is going to be dressed by Canadian design twins, Dsquared2, who are famous for their designs for Madonna's 2002 world tour.



Dan and Dean Caten for Dsquared2 have created a cheetah head ring master/lion tamer, then, when Britney takes off the jacket, she reveals the Swarovski crystal corset paired with fishnet stocking and thigh high boots.

Britney Spears Is The New Spokesmodel For Candie's

Pop Princess, Britney Spears, is back with her new album and her upcoming tour. Candie's at Kohl's has seen this as a great opportunity to partner up with the pop star to be the new face of the 2009 print, tv, instore and online ad campaign.



Look for Britney wearing Candie's clothes and accessories in her upcoming music videos.
Britney says, "I'm so excited to be the face of Candie's Only at Kohl's. Candie's and Kohl's are doing such great things with my tour."

Britney Spears Does Rolling Stone

Britney Spears graces the cover of Rolling Stone looking happy and refreshed. The pop star talks to the magazine about her new album, however, she was never without a team of security or her manager.

Spear's manager said, "Her job is to be Britney Spears and unfortunately, that job bleeds into her personal life and creates this odd situation where she needs to have security people around her all the time."

Britney Checks Into Psych Ward and Loses Visitation Rights

Before Britney's deposition she was supposed to return her kids to ex-husband Kevin Federline at 7 pm. Instead, the pop singer decided to lock herself and the two boys in her house, refusing to give them over.





Police, ambulance and helicopters arrived on scene at Brit's house to talk to her about the safety of her and her children. After a few minutes Britney opened the door and Sean Preston and Jayden James were taken out of the house and Britney was put into an ambulance on a gurney. Britney is currently at Cedars-Sinai Hospital for mental evaluation and under 72 hour suicide watch.

Due to all the commotion and Britney's recent breakdown the judge decided to suspend her visitation rights until her next hearing on January 14th.

Britney Spears Turns 26

Britney Spears turned 26 in a big way. The pop singer strutted her stuff down the red carpet of the Scandinavian Mansion of Style Party .

At her side was fellow party girl, Paris Hilton, and sexy actress, Sharon Stone. According to Pop Sugar, Britney had such a good time that she left with an unidentified male. Hope she had fun!

During the party, Brit got her own chocolate cake and snow white fur trimmed coat that she used to top off her black mini dress.

While we all hope that Brit Brit behaved herself during her birthday bash, we expect we'll be hearing all the dirty details in the next few days.

Britney Spears Pregnancy Rumors

Tabloids are having a field day at Britney Spear's expense once again as several publications are claiming to have "proof" that the pop singer is pregnant for the third time.



Allegedly, Spears, who already has two sons with ex hubby Kevin Federline is preggers again with record producer J.D Rotem's love child.

In Touch Weekly claims that Brit Brit had ultrasounds and has sent emails to friends regarding her pregnancy. They also say that the father of the baby has confirmed the rumours.

Some papers saying that Spears sent pictures of her ultrasounds over her blackberry. Britney denies that she is pregnant and Rotem himself released a statement to usmagazine.com stating that the pregnany rumors are false.

On the flip side, In Touch Weekly says that Rotem has confirmed that Spears is pregnant via text messages between himself and the magazine.

Only time will tell what's really going on in this pregnancy scandal.

Britney Spears Sex Tape The Sequel?

A mere day after Britney Spears handed over custody of her two children it is being reported that the mother of two is the star of yet another sex tape.

Apparently, this sex tape is new and not the one she allegedly made with ex husband Kevin Federline. A man who met Brit Brit while she was away on vacation last June told In Touch magazine that he made a video of them having sex and that he may take the tape public.

The man claims he taped himself and Britney having sex without her knowledge that the camera was rolling. He also told In Touch that he met Britney at a bar and then ended up back in her room. "It was just normal sex, we didn't do anything crazy. It was a little disappointing. It lasted for about 25 minutes and then we passed out."

The 28 year old man who was living on Hawaii's Island at the time of the alleged encounter with Britney says he is reluctant to release the video because of his poor sexual performance.

Britney Spears Loses Her Kids

The turbulent life of Britney Spears has hit rock bottom today; an LA court ordered the pop princess to give up custody of her children as of noon on Wednesday.

Brit Brit's ex husband, Kevin Federline will have custody of their two children "until further order of the court," according to LA Superior Court documents.

The particulars of the court hearing have been ordered sealed by the court so it is unknown what took place inside the courtroom that led would lead to this decision.

Prior to this, Britney was ordered by a judge to undergo random drug testing after it was revealed that she actively enaged in "habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol."

The couple's custody battle over their sons, Sean Preston and Jayden had originally awarded both parent's 50-50 custody, but Federline argued for 70-30 in his favor.

The custody suit also resulted in Spears having to spend 8 hours a week with a parenting coach who observed her with the children and the judge ordered the couple to attend "joint co-parent counselling."

With such a huge blow right in the middle of her comeback attempts, you can rest assured that the world is waiting to see what Britney will do next.

Britney Spears Worries About Her Sister's Singing Career

Britney Spears is worried about her sister Jamie Lynn. Jamie Lynn is apprehensively starting her singing career, however, Britney and her mom, Lynne, are arguing over who should have control over the 16 year olds career.

Britney is urging her sister to join Jive Records, but her mom wants to manage Jamie Lynn herself. Britney's mom, Lynne, says that she was responsible for the success of her first daughter, Britney, and she wants the same success for her youngest daughter.

Britney is worried about her sister achieving so much fame at such a young age and does not want her sister to follow in her footsteps. Britney does not want her sister, Jamie Lynn to develop problems in the future and turn out like her.
